Leaders don't change from advice. They change when they can finally see.
The Relational Leadership Cohort is a facilitated leadership experience that makes the invisible visible. How leaders actually think, react, and work with each other when pressure is real.
What This Is
Relational clarity. Built in practice.
See the other clearly
Understand how teammates operate, what drives them, and where friction is most likely to appear. Before it does.
See yourself honestly
Notice the patterns that only become visible through relationship feedback. The parts of your leadership you can't see from inside your own head.
See the system
Surface group dynamics. The unspoken rules, the avoided conversations, the patterns under pressure. Without blame or destabilisation.
How It Works
Four movements. One coherent experience.
01
Work Core Creation
Each participant creates a personal leadership Work Core, written in their own voice. How they think, what drives them, where they do their best work.
02
Relational Inquiry
Teammates explore questions about each other's leadership. How someone might respond under pressure, where shared values exist, or where friction could arise. Responses are grounded in each participant's Work Core, allowing teams to understand each other far faster than traditional leadership programs.
03
Reflection Capture
Participants capture moments of insight directly from relational conversations. These reflections shape how their Work Core evolves over time.
04
Systems Perspective
Later in the cohort, teams explore realistic leadership situations drawn from the relational patterns already discovered. This allows teams to practice difficult moments before they happen in real life.
In Practice
Practice leadership before the moment arrives.
Later in the cohort, teams explore realistic leadership situations informed by the relational dynamics already discovered. Facilitators guide these conversations so leaders can notice patterns, test responses, and build the muscle for navigating pressure together.
AI adoption creates silent fear
Productivity rises after AI rollout, but morale quietly drops. No one has named it. Until this meeting.
Board demands a decision in 48 hours
An emergency strategy meeting is called. The leadership team must align quickly under intense pressure.
Two leaders disagree publicly
A prior decision is suddenly challenged in front of the team.
"I learned more about how my team works in a few hours than I do in a multi-day offsite."
